Additionally, you may not always have enough work to fill their time, so you end up paying for hours you can't fully utilize. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription whenever you need to, paying for a designer's work only when you actually have tasks for them.
Is there a limit to the number of graphic design orders in the Premium Design Support plan?
After subscribing, you can add as many project tasks to the queue as you want, and they will be completed one after the other.
How quickly will I receive the projects?
On average, most orders are completed within two days or less. However, more complex projects may require a bit more time.
Who are the designers?

How does the pause function work?
We understand that you may not have enough project orders to fill an entire month of work. You might just need one or two projects. In such situations, the pause feature is very useful. The billing cycle lasts for 31 days. Let's assume you sign up and use the service for 21 days, after which you decide to pause. This means that the billing cycle will be suspended, and you will have the remaining 10 days of service that you can use at any time in the future.
How do you handle larger orders?
Larger orders are divided into smaller stages at Design House. This applies to full-scale projects such as website design, mobile applications, UI/UX work, etc. You can expect the delivery of subsequent parts of the project every 24-48 hours until it is completed.
How long is the Project Support active?
Continuous project support is active for exactly 4 weeks from the activation date. Design House works from Monday to Friday, so we work for exactly 20 days.
In which programs are you working?
Most orders are fulfilled using Figma or Adobe Photoshop.
How can I submit project requests?
Design House oferuje dużą elastyczność w zgłaszaniu zleceń za pomocą Trello. Klienci często wysyłają zlecenia bezpośrednio przez Trello, dzielą się dokumentami Google lub wireframe'ami, a niektórzy nagrywają krótkie filmy w Loom (dla tych, którzy wolą nie pisać briefów).
